The United States Postal Service is experiencing delays with some mail deliveries, due to the current environmental situation, office closures, volume of mail, and lack of transportation. Mainly associated with but not limited to First Class
They have indicated to us that in some cases it’s taking a minimum of 15 business days
Please note if your package is delayed, which can be seen from the tracking number we provide, please be patient as it’s not our fault.
Also, we advise you to use the tracking system on the USPS website as it’s more accurate and up-to-date.
Please note that Sales Are Final. Carrier delays and other similar issues are not grounds for order cancellation or a refund.
