This is a Economical upgrade for the 938 & 238 pistols. This hammer spring will reduce the trigger pull by around 5-5.5 lbs and will still perform with standard quality ammo, steel cased ammo not recommended.
The stock trigger pull weight is 16lbs

Including the grease is a nice bonus. It is good stuff.
My Sig 938 had a fairly good factory trigger pull at 7 pounds. This lighter hammer spring brought that down to 5.25 lbs.

I installed the spring. That was pretty easy. The spring, unfortunately did not lighted the trigger pull it was slightly heavier than what I had achieved with the factory spring. I removed the Wesbaun spring and reinstalled the factory spring. That is unfortunate. I would have loved to have had a 5 1/2 lb pull trigger. The Wesbaun website is fine and the shipping of the spring was good. The grease was not included with the spring. I did not need it though, as I had some on hand.
